Parent Involvement
As a parent or guardian of a student in the Brandywine Early Education Family, we warmly welcome your involvement. We offer a variety of opportunities for you to engage with our school wide community, including participating in our PTA and volunteering in various capacities.
Brandywine Early Education Parent/Teacher Association (PTA)
The PTA at Brandywine Early Education Programs plays a crucial role in fostering a collaborative community and enhancing the educational experience for all staff and students. A few of the fun key activities and initiatives:
- Organizing Events: The PTA coordinates various events and activities throughout the school year, such as family nights and community gatherings. (such as Book Fair, Blue Rocks Family Outing, Playground Family Socials)
- Fundraising: Through various fundraising efforts, the PTA helps to raise funds for school programs, classroom/school resources, and other special projects that benefit the students and staff.

Supporting Teachers and Staff: The PTA provides support and appreciation for teachers and staff through initiatives like Teacher Appreciation Week, providing classroom supplies, and organizing volunteer assistance.

Parent Engagement: The PTA encourages parent involvement in the school community, offering opportunities for parents to volunteer, participate in meetings, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Community Building: By fostering a sense of community among families, the PTA helps to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students and their families.
All are welcome to all meetings. We will have information at the start of the year on how to become an active voting member for a modest fee. However all families are welcome at all meetings. You can be active on committees, or just join for information. We encourage you to join and be involved. We are excited to partner with you!
